LOBSTER Crete Skim Coat Admixture No. L-101

Detail

• A high quality modified mortar, ready-to-mix skim coat with Portland cement or gypsum binder.

• Keep surface to be smooth, eliminating surface defects, filling the small bubbles.

• Suitable for exterior or interior finish coat plastering work on fair faced concrete and rendered walls or ceiling.

• For gypsum board rendering, mix skim coat with gypsum binder and using for Interior only. 

• Top coating is able to apply after surface is completely dry for 3-7 days (depends on weather condition).

Recommendations

• Do not apply to hot surface. Protect area from strong sunlight to avoid cracking or any deteriorated by rapid water evaporation.

• Do not apply to surface that structure is still movement or cracked.

• Do not use the product for floor coating.

• No recommendation to use in the immersion area e.g swimming pool, water tank, etc.

• No dilution with water or any solvents.
