• A high quality modified mortar which designed for machine spraying or hand application onto fair faced or rendered surface. 

• Ready-to-mix skim coat powder by mixing with water 

• Keep surface to be smooth, eliminating surface defects, filling the small bubbles.

• Suitable for exterior or interior finish coat plastering work on fair faced concrete and rendered walls or ceiling.

• Top coating is able to apply after surface is completely dry for 3-7 days (depends on weather condition).

Recommendations

• Dampen the surface before application.

• Prepare with a moderate amount by according to pot life is about 40 minutes (depends on weather conditions) to avoid mixture is dry up.

• Do not apply to hot surface. Protect from strong sunlight to avoid cracking or any deteriorated from rapid water evaporation.

• Do not apply to gypsum board. 

• Do not apply to surface that structure is still movement or cracked.

• Do not use the product for floor coating.

• No recommendation to use in the immersion area e.g swimming pool, water tank, etc.
